


Imagine a session that brings together the best of three worlds: paddle surf + fitness + yoga.
It sounds intense, doesn’t it? And it is… but also great fun.
During the experience, you will work with your own body weight, activate your balance to the maximum, practice dynamic yoga postures and conscious breathing. All of this takes place on a paddle board in the open sea.
The goal is not to be perfect, but to enjoy the process. Falling into the water is part of the game and part of the refreshing fun. Step by step, you will gain confidence and balance, daring to stand up, move around and play with the waves.
The sea becomes your natural gym: activating your core, strengthening, stretching and breathing. Between challenges, laughter and falls, you will discover how liberating it is to train on the water.
We start at Las Marañuelas Beach, with a short briefing on the sand to teach you the basics of paddle surf: paddling, standing up, and finding your balance on the board.
Then it’s time to get into the water. You’ll have a few minutes to paddle freely, test the board and let your body adapt to floating and to the instability of the sea. There is no rush, everything flows here.
We begin with a full-body functional workout on the board: squats, planks, glutes, abs and even burpees.
Don’t worry: every exercise has adaptations for all levels. You choose the intensity. The important thing is to challenge yourself, laugh, fall into the water if needed, climb back up and try again.
After the more active part, we slow down with a flowing sequence that combines strength, balance and flexibility, but with a calmer energy. Breathing will guide you while the sea supports you and the waves gently move beneath you.
The final moment: Savasana, lying on the board, floating on the Atlantic. Sun on your skin, sea breeze, the sound of water all around… a deep and magical relaxation to close the experience in total peace.

How to make the reservation?

What do I need to bring?
Only swimsuit, water, towel. Apply sunscreen in advance so it absorbs and you don't slip on the board. (Try to use creams that are respectful to our seas).
What physical condition is required?
The activity is designed for people who usually exercise.
No (not suitable for people with reduced mobility).
The activity will only be canceled if the safety of the participants is compromised. If the class has not started, a new date will be proposed, and if not possible, a full refund will be issued.
