Enjoy a gourmet journey right by Las Canteras Beach: a guided tasting pairing 10 artisan cheeses with Gran Canaria wines. We begin with a friendly introduction to cheesemaking: milk types (cow, sheep and goat), rennet, fermentation and affinage—how each step shapes texture, aromas and personality.
Travel through the flavours of the Canary Islands with small-batch, often raw-milk cheeses from Fuerteventura, Lanzarote, Gran Canaria, Tenerife, El Hierro and La Palma, plus a curated international selection to broaden your tasting horizon. We’ll connect every bite to its landscape—pastures, climate and traditions—for a truly authentic sense of place.
To finish, we’ll explore easy, delicious pairings with local wines and sparkling options; your experience includes a half bottle of wine or cava. You’ll leave with sharper tasting skills, ready-to-use pairing ideas, and the feeling of having enjoyed a sensory voyage across the Canaries.
This package includes:
Tasting plate with 10 cheeses (≈200 g).
